Fraser Property’s landmark integrated development One Bangkok to open doors on Oct 25

The masterplan for One Bangkok was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural business behind notable high-rises such as New York’s One World Trade Center and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.

“By seamlessly mixing exceptional amenities with sophisticated sustainability and innovation, we are not just producing a must-visit destination for everybody residing in or exploring Bangkok– we are improving the future of metropolitan living,” states Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property.

According to the property developers, One Bangkok has a financial investment value of US$ 3.2 billion ($4.17 billion), attaining one of Thailand’s most extensive private ownership developments. Occupying a land area of 17ha, it features 5 office space towers, 3 non commercial towers and 8ha of plant. It also has numerous retail areas and 5 accommodations, comprising of Bangkok’s very first Ritz-Carlton and Andaz properties.

One Bangkok, an integrated development situated in the Bangkok Central Business District, is scheduled to start its openings to the general public on Oct 25. The project is created by TCC Assets, a branch of Thai conglomerate TCC Group, and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), a unit under Singapore-listed Frasers Property. Frasers Property is also an affiliate of TCC Group.

3 of the business office towers at the property development are already operational, with lessees including multinational business like Baker McKenzie, Estee Lauder Business, and BMW Team Thailand. The retail services are spread across three connected shopping centers, of which 2 are going to open up on Oct 25.

The innovation also features over 215,278 sq ft of indoor and outdoor function spaces, in addition to a 2km “Art Loop” that features artworks and other installations.

“Designing One Bangkok exceeds producing buildings– we have actually made an environment where the natural world is important to the encounter. The environment-friendly spaces are not an afterthought; they flow seamlessly through the property development, boosting well-being and fostering a much deeper connection between a lot of people and the city,” states Scott Duncan, design partner at SOM.
