Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
Coliwoo has already launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand name, a co-living subsidiary within the real estate management services team LHN Group, disclosed in its statement last September that it had gotten the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are created with maritime motifs, incorporating light grey tones and dynamic aquatic blue color choice to mirror the coastal ties of the place. All rooms are self-supporting studio units with assistance services, including a self-service mobile application, an onsite concierge and house cleaning.
The Pasir Panjang Road property extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Previously the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the team acquired the residential property uninhabited.
The new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km from Curtin University. Positioned for convenience, it is a short trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD by means of Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also supplies closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
Coliwoo plans to open up additional co-living buildings in different locations next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Street and Arab Street.
